Bio

Kathleen (Kathy) Monson is the Global Core Manager for Caterpillar Reman. With Caterpillar for over 20 years, she has focused on worldwide aftermarket parts distribution commercial, financial and customs compliance processes. Kathy’s team is responsible for supporting Caterpillar’s global dealer network in executing, sustaining and improving the Cat Reman core exchange program. She is a graduate of Illinois State University and currently resides in Peoria, IL.
