ARC is the premiere partner to brands and retailers of Small Appliances, Floor Care products, Outdoor Power Equipment, Powered Hand Tools, Compressors, and Generators.
Paul is responsible for leading the business development, channel development, marketing and M&A activities for the business. His priority is to help Fortune 1000 companies derive value from returned products - reducing costs, providing valuable data, and developing new sales channels, all while managing risk.

After five years with Terex Corporation, running the Aftermarket business for its Aerial Work Platform businesses, and two years running the Aftermarket P&L for Gardner Denver, Siva returned to GE to run the GE Healthcare Goldseal Business. Casey Blevins is the President of National Switchgear and has chief marketing responsibility of the National family of companies, along with oversight of the apparatus, customer service and risk management teams. Casey received his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University while working in various technical industry positions. He has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry and currently chairs the Professional Electrical Apparatus Reconditioning League’s (PEARL) Marketing Committee and serves as Vice President of the board of directors. He worked also in the construction industry (Bouygues group) to improve the efficiency of the purchasing and financial department.
He has worked in the Remanufacturing market for F2J Group for 2 years.

After 11 years with WABCO, holding various roles with increasing responsibility, Philippe was appointed to the Global Fleet Solutions leadership role at the end of 2018, taking ownership of two of WABCO’s most dynamic business units – Digital Customer Services, delivering advanced FMS, digital solutions and cloud-based data analytics, and the Aftermarket Business Unit which includes the management of field services, world-class spare parts distribution capabilities and advanced diagnostics solutions. In his new role, Philippe oversees an organization counting around 900 employees in 45 countries, who jointly serve the needs of the commercial vehicle fleets ecosystem worldwide while delivering close to 1B$ in sales revenues for WABCO.

Chris Conrardy is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at EWI. EWI is a nationally recognized non-profit manufacturing technology center of excellence. By developing and commercializing innovative manufacturing technologies, EWI bridges the gap between basic research and practical application of emerging technologies, such as advanced welding and joining, metal 3D printing, collaborative robotics, nondestructive evaluation, metrology, metal forming, materials testing, and laser processing. A nationally recognized leader in green remanufacturing and an expert in sustainable office furniture solutions, Bill has not only made Davies a pioneer and leader in its field, but he also expanded opportunities for organizations industry wide. Under Bill’s direction, Davies has grown to be the nation’s largest office furniture remanufacturer and was the first remanufacturer to earn level® sustainability certification from the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association (BIFMA). Bill was instrumental in creating standards that allow remanufactured furniture to contribute points to the LEED certification process, and he is often called upon to speak at industry events, write for industry publications and represent the industry before the U.S. Trade Commission.
Bill is also a legacy member of the U.S. Green Building Council and a BIFMA member. When he can spare an hour or two, Bill enjoys fly fishing. He earned a marketing degree from Siena College.

He serves on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC 2), advising the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative on international trade matters and is Chairman of Board of the Remanufacturing Industries Council (RIC). He is a Director and Chairman of Board of the Community Foundation of Central Illinois. Mr. Disharoon resides in Dunlap, Illinois with his wife and two children.

Mark A. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Johnson began his career at Anniston Army Depot in April 1992 as an Electronics Engineer. In this role Mr. Johnson provided project design and development support for testing of combat vehicles, artillery systems, and their major subassemblies to include engines, transmissions, hydraulic components, and fire control systems, as well as leading sustainment and modernization projects for industrial plant and test equipment. In October 2004, Mr. Johnson was selected as Chief of Equipment Support Division with responsibility for managing the depot’s production equipment program to include execution of modernization projects and life cycle sustainment of equipment across the depot’s Nichols Industrial Complex. Mr. Johnson was selected to his current position of Director of Production Engineering in March 2016.

He's passionate about technology in every domain. After his master’s degree focused on technology and innovation, Rémi started to work in a consumer production company as a project manager to reduce the non-quality costs and animate working groups of continuous improvement.
After that, he started to work in mechanical components remanufacturing in various roles always linked with the technical domain. Remanufacturing became his main professional interest as he is still working in this field 10 years later.

John Kreckel serves as the Director of Education and Workforce at the Department of Energy lead REMADE Institute. In this role, John is driving the institute’s efforts to train the U.S. workforce in key areas of sustainable manufacturing, including remanufacturing. John formerly served as the Director of Economic Development for Congresswoman Louise Slaughter of New York. He received his J.D. from Vermont Law School and B.A. from the University of Rochester.
