The GE HealthCare Repair Operations Center (ROC) is an innovative repair, remanufacturing and recycling facility servicing imaging, diagnostic and patient monitoring equipment. It opened in 2016 and is located in Oak Creek, WI, just a few miles away from GE Healthcare’s industry-renowned Global HealthCare Institute and several GE HealthCare corporate offices and manufacturing sites.  GE HealthCare has invested in advanced technology and lean manufacturing practices to provide fast turnaround times and exceptional repair quality. Its Brilliant Factory platform combines lean and advanced manufacturing, 3D printing and advanced software analytics that enable productivity and impact customers’ satisfaction. An FDA-registered remanufacturer, the ROC holds certifications including ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 13485 for its medical device quality management system.
