    Meal Commitments

    Please complete this form to indicate which meals you will be attending to help us get an accurate headcount for our meals.

    Speaker Expectations

    Speakers are responsible for:

    • Uploading their headshot and 100 word bio in the Speaker Information Form (to the left) by June 30, 2019.
    • Using the official conference PowerPoint Template.
    • Adhering to the RIC Antitrust Policy and the WRC Non-Commercialism Policy.
    • Uploading completed presentations to into the Presentation Upload box (to the left) by September 23, 2019 following the following naming convention: Last Name_Presentation Title, so Joe Smith presenting Ten Ways to Make Ice Cream would be “Smith_Ten Ways to Make Ice Cream.pptx”
    • Completing the Meal Commitments Form (to the left) by October 1, 2019 to help us ensure accurate counts for the conference meals.
    Moderator Expectations

    Track Session Moderators

    Track Session Moderators are responsible for:

    • Prior to Conference
      • Managing Session Times (to calculate speaker time allotments, please leave at least 15 minutes for questions at the end of the session; divide the remaining time by the number of presenters in the session)
      • Contacting Session Speakers to advise them of their time allotment and provide guidance on the session topic in relation to their presentation
    • At the Conference
      • Introducing Speakers (we will provide the moderators with the 100 word bios that we receive from speakers)
      • Limiting Presentations to the allotted time (we recommend saving questions until all session presentations are complete)
      • Allowing Time for Questions and Answers

    Panel Moderators

    Panel Moderators are responsible for:

    • Prior to Conference
      • Holding at least one conference call with all of their panelists to align on the discussion points for the topic
      • Working with the panelists to develop seed questions for the Q&A session following presentations
    • At the Conference
      • Introducing Panelists (we will provide the moderators with the 100 word bios that we receive from the speakers)
      • Limiting Presentations to the allotted time
      • Moderating Questions from the Audience
