Hanno is an experienced general manager in service and growth oriented business environments. He started his career in strategic management consulting, worked as a manager for innovation and strategy and is one of the founding fathers of Encory. In his current position, Hanno supports clients such as BMW to make their aftersales growth strategies for segment 3&4 (customers with cars older than 6 years) happen. This includes the management of worldwide reverse logistics to make circular economy happen as well as expanding the number of remanufactured products and especially enlarging the supplier base by qualifying independent remanufacturers.
