Bio

Jena Holtberg-Benge is the General Manager of John Deere Reman. The she provides strategic direction and leadership for the global remanufacturing business within Deere. This includes the responsibility and oversight of facilities in Springfield and Strafford, Missouri, Edmonton, Alberta Canada and distribution globally.

Her focus is on developing, manufacturing, procuring, and marketing the highest quality remanufactured parts for the company’s customers.

Jena has been with John Deere for over 17 years. Prior to her current role, Jena was Director, John Deere WorkSight, where she led the development and execution of the John Deere WorkSight strategy including telematics, grade control, mapping solutions, payload weighing, UAVs and data analytics for the Construction and Forestry Division.
